Did they have any other adventures BEFORE they created Captain Underpants?So I thought about it. For many years I pondered these things. Eventually, I came up with a good story. But how could I tell it? It seemed strange to just release an origin story all by itself. There was no way to include it in the Captain Underpants series, because Captain Underpants wasn't around until the boys got into 4th grade. You can't have a Captain Underpants book WITHOUT Captain Underpants, can you?For years I had wondered if I was ever going to get to tell the tale of George and Harold meeting, becoming friends, and battling against their very first enemy, Kipper Krupp.Then I thought of Tippy.
